Assalamualaikum w.b.t.
Well, today was our second class in the second week of lectures. The class had started officially as we started learning about the philosophy of THINKING. I learnt that the actual philosophy of thinking is to understand how and why people do certain things and how to live a good life. It meant that human were thinking in order to know the meaning of life. Besides, the word thinking itself has it's own meaning which are the uses of the brain to plan something, solve a problem and making a decision. Thinking is also a state of making a rational decision. But, the most important of all, I learnt that the most crucial reason of thinking came from the nature of the human itself. Why? Well, it is because human are always thinking, having curiosity about something like a child and always skeptical towards something. These characteristics which appeared in every humans had leading them in seeking the truth in religions, science and even philosophy.
Throughout the class, we also had a group activity. Each groups were given a word and we had to do a little research about it then present it in class. So, the word for our group was 'DETERMINISM'. As for my group, I was selected to be the representative to give a small presentation about our findings of the word determinism.
The above pictures were taken during my mini explanation to the class hehe =D. From our findings, I learnt that determinism is a belief that all events are caused by things that happened before them and that people have no real ability to make choices or control what happens. It meant that any belief that acts of the will, occurrences in nature, social or physiological phenomena were determined by preceding events or natural laws. In a simple way, the people with determinism believed that everything happened had been determined in advance in such a way that human beings cannot change them. Well, that's all for today. Goodnight peeps.

Our very first class ^-^
Assalamualaikum w.b.t.
Thursday, 18th February 2016 was our first meeting with our lecturer, Dr. Mohd Nasir for our Creative and Critical Thinking (UHAS 2122/29) class during the first week of lectures. It was a two hours class but we only had it for about an hour only just to make it short and simple meeting. During that class, we were brief about all the assessments and the assignments that we need to take care of for the rest of the semester. Other than that, we were also had to form our own group for the group assignment later. So, my group mates are Ika, Eka, Ayu and Mimi. At the moment when we were choosing our group members, I realized that the most important thing in forming a group was to have members that really can do works as a team and giving their full commitment to the group so that every assignments given can be finished excellently and early. Well, I think that's all for this entry. Bye.
